0800hrs, on board 1007. 1020hrs, reach Taichung St. Actually, I wanna go Sunmoonlake but Jiu Gong (grand uncle)said he will bring us to, he want us go home to unpack & take rest first.

舅公家

I called 舅公 le ytd to tell arrival time, he will wait for us at front exit. Once off rail, I go to info counter on the right of front exit & ….舅公 is waiting for us there ….. (JiuGong舅公, JiuPo舅婆, GuGu 姑姑). This’s 1st time I meet gu gu. She look at me from head to foot (cuzz I wear short jeans + long sock) She drive Van (VolkSwagen), jiu po tell me to change to trouser or legging cuzz Taichung is very windy & cold, shouldn’t wear short this!! …

Wondered jiupo is almost 80 but still be healthy & talkative while jiugong quite soft & quiet. For gugu …Um… I think same as her mum. hehe Their homw is quite far from TRA St. but not so far from THSR St. seems transportation in Taichung isnt convenience like TP. Lucky I tsay with them .

1130hrs, Reach home! Quite big family, 8persons; JiuGong舅公，
JiuPo舅婆，GuGu姑姑，ShuShu叔叔， ShenShen婶婶，MinMin敏敏，MinJie敏捷，MinXun敏迅. ShenShen sell noodle front of house (just small shop) Once we got home, she sudden cook noodle for us..

1500hrs, gugu bring us to LuGang鹿港, old street similar as JiuFen ytd but here’s close sea while JiuFen’s on Hill. So many interesting shops along the way. We’re going to TianHouGong天后宫 at the end of the way. She let us try so many foods along the street til reach Temple, so many & Lucky! We found they’re making a film. Wah!! Almost half of temple closed for them so we just walk & take a look out side old hous along small street behide the temple.

Now, we leave from temple

16.40hrs, gugu bring us to eat "gan er" I also dunno what it is (ups to now)

she said many seafood and snack here, and quite cheap. and ofcoure, I found so many along the way we go

TW ppl eat tempura with pepper, very salt, I think

and thz, much like in TH. just more wet & not crispy.

I think TH's is more yummy!!!!

After finish eating, we walk to old village just at the end of the market.

Unbelievable TW still hs old house this. ...... I can get feeling of upcountry like Santou, Guangzhou in Mainlamd when I strool this village.

Then, we back home and hv dinner with everyone at home again . GOSH !!!!!

shenshen still sell noodle eventhough it's dark already.

We eat & talk together before go to bed. Unfortunatelly, today is Wkday so, children cant go ben late as they gotta go school tomorrow.
